Project Mid Term Meeting IPM-4-Citrus MTM has taken place on 29th and 30th November 2018 at INSA (Salle des theses, Toulouse, France) in pleasant and open exchange atmosphere with dense discussion. All consortium partners (11 partners represented by ERs and ESRs, head of INSA and LISBP, INSA administrative staff) were present in addition to our PO (SPANIER Tiphanie) and Innovation & Transfer expert (M. Baldwin BERGUES). MTM was divided in 2 ½ days, one to present the administrative and scientific progress of the project (review of indicators for each WP) and the second one to exchange and evaluate (i) secondments realisation and (ii) innovation opportunities. Both ½ days ended with a conclusive part and a listing of actions to undertake or to improve.
Following MTM and Consortium meeting, the objective was to take into account all recommendations from PO and expert in order to satisfy the Go/NoGo milestones. The main stakes were to define the next secondments (T0+18/T0+24months) and to consider the next financial implementation.
Several documents have been generated and used for this MTM in order to facilitate debates and exchanges. The main elements related to management and project progress were detailed in the deliverable D1.3 including a focus on 5 indicators to follow project progress : (1) Milestones, (2) Internal reports (IR) and Deliverables, (3) Scheduled secondments / partner, (4) Secondments /WP and (5) Budget breakdown.
